Learn from fellow filmmakers and connect with St. Paul’s short film community at the Sundance Institute’s Short Film Master Class, presented in partnership with FilmNorth and St. Paul Neighborhood Network. Geared towards both new and experienced directors—as well as writers, producers, actors, crew, and anyone else interested in short film—this is a unique opportunity to hear real-world stories and discuss ideas with industry experts.

Guest panelists: Andrew Ahn (Director, SPA NIGHT and Sundance Now’s THIS CLOSE); Chistina Choe (Director, NANCY, and the docuseries WELCOME TO THE DPRK); and Mike Plante, Sundance Film Festival programmer and Short Film Master Class and Shorts on Tour program coordinator.

The Master Class is scheduled for Saturday, April 7, 1–6:30 pm at SPNN, 550 Vandalia Street, Suite 170 (park in main lot facing Wabash Avenue). This is a FREE event; RSVP IS NOW CLOSED.
